Hillcrest is a great place to stay! The Manager Quincy is wonderful and does a great job trying to keep up with everyone here and make sure we sre comfortable. There are some complaints about the Heating and AC, but when you factor in the age of the complex, there were different building codes and requirements. The Heaters are more than enough to heat the space if doors are left open to allow the heat to pass through. It's a wonderful location and has the added benefit of bot having too many people cramped into a small space.

Should be 0 stars if possible. They don’t have air conditioning and barely any heating, the heating is only from the fireplace which only works half the time. No vents in the apartment and once you sign the contract and move in, they expect you to buy a portable heater. They also don’t know how to do clean checks and fail you multiple times which is completely insane because I did my job. Complete scam. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
