Floor planOne of the cheapest apartments in Rexburg but still of great quality. For someone like me who has a lot of stuff, the huge storage here is fantastic. The managers are so nice, and they really work hard to keep this place great for the tenants. It’s also super duper close to campus so its a huge plus!! Of course, the price indicates that it’s not a perfect place, but the managers’ effort is perfect. Highly recommend.
I toured many housing complexes in Rexburg today, and Davenport was one of few that had a sincerely good feeling about it. The male manager gave us the tour and he was very kind and respectful. He is keeping everything undercontrol even though his wife just gave birth so she isn't there right now. The apartment was nice and well cared for even though it is older.
