One of the cheapest apartments in Rexburg but still of great quality. For someone like me who has a lot of stuff, the huge storage here is fantastic. The managers are so nice, and they really work hard to keep this place great for the tenants. It’s also super duper close to campus so its a huge plus!! Of course, the price indicates that it’s not a perfect place, but the managers’ effort is perfect. Highly recommend.

I toured many housing complexes in Rexburg today, and Davenport was one of few that had a sincerely good feeling about it. The male manager gave us the tour and he was very kind and respectful. He is keeping everything undercontrol even though his wife just gave birth so she isn't there right now. The apartment was nice and well cared for even though it is older.

Horror stories from living here in 2021(so hopefully things have changed by now). Found mushrooms growing out of the carpet. Fire alarm didn’t work and a crazy roommate set the stove on fire, which lead us to finding out the fire extinguisher was also broken (luckily we put it out ourselves). Hot water didn’t last for more than 10 minutes which was rough sharing 1 shower with 5 other girls and having to do dishes by hand since there was no dishwasher. The tv was old enough to have vcr and nothing else. Fridge broke several times, had to toss food I bought. 2 washers and 2 dryers for the whole complex made things difficult, especially when the dryers didn’t work unless you ran 2+ cycles. Bedrooms are small and there is one desk to the whole apartment. Management was always nice but definitely stretched thin. Seems to me like it’s the owners that don’t care about this place. Hopefully they decide to rebuild or remodel though I can’t see it going well under this sort of care. If you care about your health I’d go somewhere else.

Very affordable especially in a world where it seems like nothing is. I have made great friends while living here. It’s nothing fancy, but it feels like home and it’s safe. There are quirks to each individual apartment, but they’re easy to get used to. Like closing the freezer just right or making sure you don’t move the kitchen table unless two people move it together. The managers are kind and always want to have fun activities as a whole apartment complex. Definitely recommend Davenport.

When I first came to Davenport the manager was nice but very proactive in getting things done. She came and fixed things as soon as possible. It was worth staying there then, but the new managers seem lazy honestly. They didn’t get the stairs shoveled so slipping was a problem, snow removal from the driveway happened once during the winter months which was terrible to walk on and drive on, they are always ordering parts for the washers or dryers when they brake which takes weeks to arrive, so 12 apartments are stuck sharing one washer or dryer for weeks. They’re just not really there doing their job when it comes to it. I think the owners need to intervene to save the place because it was really good to live at.
