My husband and I moved to Providence Square because we wanted a nicer looking place and loved the kitchen layout. Overall we had a fantastic experience. Management at first was poor but Nicomi came in and was incredible. I had pregnancy complications and opened up to her about it - she bought me flowers and chocolate and let me feel seen and heard. She also helped us sell our lease once we got a job offer and needed to move. We loved how spacious the apartment was and it felt SO homey! I also love the dog park and all the amenities especially the dog spa!’

The place is OK. The amenities are old and don't work well. The management is meh. Location to the university is great if you don't mind walking. They gave us a list of costs that they would charge at check out but when we checked out it was higher than the paper we got.
