  Love the apartments but management SUCKS! I roomed here for 1 semester and there were countless things done wrong, all of Sundance's side! They charge for random things every couple weeks then go, "oh sorry we don't know what that is about we can reimburse you", then they never do! Also, they kick you out for next semester if you do the slightest thing wrong on a application and do not tell you so you are stranded. Two of my roommates got on the waitlist, 1 got off and everything was finalized. A week later she texts them again to refinalize a spot and management gets back to her and says "sorry miscommunication on our part we do not actually have an opening". How can you do that to a college student? Tell her she has housing then kick her out for a second time without telling her?! Makes us wonder if they would have never said anything if she hadn't reached out again. They are the worst communicaters I have ever seen and the charges are unreasonable. Would not recommend.
