Over all they are nice looking apartments but I think a lot of people don't know what they are getting into so they move in and then move out as soon as possible. We lived here for a year. They are a lot smaller than people realize. They look nice they just kinda cheap. The pictures on their website can be a bit misleading. If you live in the single story buildings you will never hear your neighbors if you live the the 2 story one you will always hear your neighbors. I think they are a little over priced now. You can get a bigger place for the similar rent in town now days. For reference this review is being written in 2023 the current rent after all fees and excluding electricity is a over $900 a month. When I lived here in 2021 to 2022 it was $730. Just giving you knowledge to make an informed decision. Management is ok, my experience with them was pretty easy because we stayed the whole lease period. Not as easy if you have to move out and don't give them 3 months notice. Only had our water heater stop working once and they fixed it pretty quickly. I had a lot of friends in the complex they had issues with their AC and heater and had it go unfixed for months. So do with that what you will. I'll try to add some photos to so you can get a better idea of how big the place is. The living area is just big enough for a standard couch. Bathroom is kinda big for some reason. In unit Landry in nice. KEEP in mind this bedroom is larger than most. Because if the design of the building some bedrooms are a 2 ft deeper than others. Hopefully that helps someone out there. Hopefully rents stops going up.

My husband and I moved in last September and moved out as soon as we were able to. It was such a terrible experience. We were in a furnished apartment (comes with a couch, bed-frame, and TV), the couch was covered in stains and had cotton coming out from where the cushions were ripped. It looked like nothing had been cleaned/maintained from the previous tenants; there were paint chips on the bedroom and living room walls, the microwave handle was coming off, the oven was covered in food, there were crumbs all over the floor, the dishwasher was disgusting, and there was hair in the shower. Management (Cami Wills specifically) is very difficult to get ahold of and when you do get ahold of her, she is very rude and aggressive. I sent her an email informing her of all the issues and she took forever to respond and was not very friendly. They were super eager about hearing back from us when we were in the process of signing the contract but once we signed, they were impossible to get ahold of. There is no office on the actual property which makes it even more difficult to get ahold of anyone. After about a month of trying to get ahold of someone, we finally got a new couch but were also left with the old couch... They refused to take care of it and eventually we gave it away. The microwave was also replaced but maintenance left a huge mess of wood shavings and trails of dirt throughout the apartment. When we were moving out, the onsite managers tried to charge us for the dirty dishwasher and the paint chips all over the wall which we informed Cami about right after moving out. This was a very frustrating experience and I cannot recommend that anyone lives here!
