They close the gym at midnight now?! 🤡 What are we, 5? Open a whole new gym just to close it to its residents.

We moved my daughter into a completely filthy apartment. The carpet should have been changed years ago. The cleaning crew that was sent didn't clean what was pointed out to them. Filthy walls, bathroom, cabinets, toe nails in the carpet. Broken couch, Greasy stove and counters. After contacting housing department they offered to move her to a new room, refund her, or change carpet. A busy college student doesn't have time for any of that. It should have been move in ready. So so disappointed!

Amazing place to live and management is super nice and helpful.

Easily the nicest place I’ve lived; rent is higher than other places but reflects the quality of the apartment; great social life; management is friendly and helpful! Only complaint is that parking was tricky to get and I’m not crazy about how they distribute that, but I did end up with a space so it all worked out in the end. We also had issues with our bathroom sink and shower at the start of the semester; it definitely took a while for maintenance to get to us since they always have so many requests at the beginning, but they replaced everything and it was good quality. Great place to live!

The apartment layout is really nice. For the most part everything is fairly good quality. I can say tho that some apartments are nicer than others. Rent is affordable and they have nice amenities. I loved using the study room. when first arriving, the apartment itself is not the cleanest. Many things I had to clean before I even started using them especially the bathroom. The toilet was a little dirty and the sink had mad hard water Things. But I kind of always clean anyways when I first get into new apartment because someone else used to live there, so that was no hassle to me, but it was just kind of gross that I had to clean it to the point where it’s kinda like almost as dirty as someone just left it. I don’t like that for a while in my past apartment in this same complex the water heater was not working well during the winter. My water was cold and would not warm up even after 20-30 minutes of it running. I complained to the complex and they told me they couldn’t do nothing about it. I was annoyed cause it went on for at least half the winter semester as it got really cold and the heater was unable to heat the water.

I work with BYU-Idaho international students and I have been absolutely blown away by this apartment complex. The complex is located across from BYU-I campus, it is beautiful, modern, spacious, with the most wonderful team of office staff who work so well with their tenants and make them feel welcome and at home! Every apartment looks like a picture of a magazine! Granite countertops, leather couches, flat screens, stainless steel appliances, 2 big fridges in the kitchen, plenty of parking and the most amazing common areas with kitchens, TVs, fire pits outside and so much more. I have visited many student apartments in Rexburg and other college towns and the Lodge is BY FAR the best choice in the area. I give it 5 stars, although in my opinion it deserves 10!!!
