Terrible TERRIBLE place to live!! Broken washer for months before maintenance did anything. The whole apartment smelled like sewage and mildew because of it. They sucked every last penny out of us. Random hidden fees for literally everything. We told them we would be planning on moving out once our year contracted ended, and we would NOT be renewing it, over the phone and they assured us everything was all set. It was not… the day we moved out they claimed we had not given them enough notice before moving out and charged us another months rent PLUS a nearly $4,000 EXTRA CHARGE. Terrible place with crappy management. Please go literally anywhere else. They took our entire security deposit and I doubt they fixed anything…

We’ve lived here for 3 years now, and have had a great experience with management and maintenance. They have been great working with us to get us a new washer when ours was breaking, fix our AC, and to help us transfer to a bigger apartment before our lease was up. The storage in the apartments is also unbeatable.
