From the moment we began planning my daughter’s big day to the very last dance, everything was perfection. The grounds are breathtaking — the manicured gardens, the charming Manor building, and the elegant outdoor spaces made for stunning photos and an unforgettable atmosphere. The customer service was exceptional from the very beginning. Every question, every detail, and every concern was handled with the utmost care. My daughter truly felt like royalty — it was all hands on deck from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond making sure everything ran smoothly, from the beautiful decorations to the delicious food. What really stood out was how all-inclusive the experience was — they took care of everything! Decorations, food, cake, and even the DJ — it was all in one convenient package, which made planning completely stress-free. A special shoutout to Alora, who was absolutely amazing! She guided us every step of the way, making sure my daughter’s wedding was everything she dreamed of and more. We married this past December, and I really can't say enough about this venue. The entire staff, including Christine (Owner) & Alora (our personal wedding planner, provided by the venue), made our wedding perfect! I couldn't have imagined a more magical and easy day. Alora particularly helped me every step of the way, and I need to buy her flowers! I felt like I didn't have to lift a finger for my dream wedding to come together! We really could not be more pleased. Christine, the owner, and her husband are down-to-earth and super nice! We knew Windsor Manor, with its brilliant, whimsical charm & Alice in Wonderland garden party foliage, was absolutely perfect for us. Christine created a financial plan that we were able to stick to, and this plan included so many things already factored in. I was telling people it was my "turnkey wedding!" I only had to think about the fun stuff! The plan included the food & bev (non alcoholic), cake, DJ, Security, decor.. & more. They also included the Officiant, who- special shout out to Nicholas, was awesome too! His speech at our wedding was friendly, witty and heartwarming. Just what we needed to make it feel like our wedding. The wedding staff gave us consistent advice & checked in frequently in the months leading up. I really cant sing their praises enough. The staff day of was all very kind & enthusiastic people. You could tell they all loved what they do & were practiced and confident in making it the best day ever. You will not go wrong with this Whimsical, stunning Gem of a venue. A big plus was that not a single person at our wedding even knew it was back in the woods off of Windsor Spring Road. It was SUCH a pleasant surprise for even the older Augusta Natives to stumble upon this unexpected magical place. -also- even in December, the foliage was still straight out of Alice & Wonderland. No worries about this place losing its beauty.

The #1 reason my wedding was a hit was because we were at this venue! Christine was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was so sweet and knowledgeable about the grounds. She never made me feel rushed when making my decision to book and virtually held out hands through every step of the way. The day of was SO organized I literally felt like a princess 🥹. Christine and her team never missed a beat and my guests adored the house and scenery. The food was phenomenal and as a bride even though the night went by like a blur, I never had to worry about anything because I knew Christine was one step ahead.

If I could give Christine and her team a million stars, I would! We loved everything about getting married at Windsor Manor. From our first visit to our last dance, everything was so well organized and beautiful! We specifically sought out all inclusive spaces for our wedding and Windsor Manor was head and shoulders above all the other options in Augusta. Christine was so amazing as our coordinator and made the entire process seamless and easy. Our wedding day could not have gone more smoothly. The spaces were gorgeous, the food was amazing, everyone raved about the DJ and the officiant, and we had the very best day! Christine, chef, and the entire team went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and every detail was perfect. Truly cannot recommend or thank this team enough!!
