That apartment has been really delightful. We stayed here for over 2 years and we really like the apartment. The surrounding is clean and nice. One place to improve is the maintenance. Some times the management is unresponsive and slow.
I had the pleasure of touring Sync CityLine Apartments in Richardson and wanted to specifically recognize Jalen for the outstanding experience he provided. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, respectful, and incredibly attentive. What stood out most was his attitude. He showed me around the entire complex on a very rainy day in pretty uncomfortable conditions, yet he handled everything with enthusiasm and genuine eagerness to help. Not once did he seem inconvenienced. Instead, he was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in answering all of my questions. Although I ultimately decided that the city of Richardson is probably a bit farther than I’d prefer personally, there is no doubt in my mind that if I lived even 10 miles closer, Sync CityLine would absolutely be my residential area of choice — largely because of the impression Jalen made. He is a remarkable young man, extremely professional, and someone the complex is truly lucky to have representing them. I was very impressed.
