Recently toured at The James looking for a new place and I’ve got to say it’s the nicest and most well kept complex I’ve ever seen. The staff was extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns and treated me very kindly. While on the tour I also met one of the Maintenance Supervisors Charley and he was awesome and informative, it looks like the maintenance team over there does a great job and you can see it. I definitely plan on making this my new home and highly recommend this to others looking.

Jaime and his supervisor responded quickly and fixed the air conditioner in my apartment ASAP. They were professional, efficient, and got the job done right.
