We lived here for four years (unfortunately) and it is singlehandedly a trash townhome community run by trash people. When we moved in it was clear they took shortcuts - not even cleaning the unit professionally from the last tenant - dog food sprayed across shelves, urine smell on the floors, dirt and hair in the bathtub. Excessive fees to nickel and dime your monthly rent - even a fee to pay electronically via ACH but somehow only waived if you mail in a check which literally takes more work for everyone. Expect to see cockroaches throughout - make sure to buy your own spray. Interior finishes are of the lowest quality possible. Secure sidewalk gate was broken for almost a year - no security otherwise on premises. The units have mouse fur carpet and then blamed us that it did not look great after we moved out - another extra fee! Oh and then when the unit's remote door lock failed and we were stranded outside in the middle of winter - extra fee! Management has changed over the years but remains consistently poor and unresponsive. I cannot wait till this overpriced dump of a place is turned into a parking lot.

Really appreciate Jerilin in the office. She loves the property and you can tell she loves us residents too. The townhouses are huge and we love them

Used to be good now it's bad, this is now a Redstone property. Unless you like horrible communication and difficultly with being able to pay your rents. Look up Redstone on yelp andthe BBB website it's not great 12/03/25

I lived here for a few years and the place is fine, but the management is horrible now. I used to love this place when Savanna worked there but now the new manager is not kind and willing to help. There are many situations that happened but two things were pretty frustrating including one time my roommate got locked out because the front door Dwello stopped working. She called the office, maintenance, emergency line, emailed, asked the AI assistant and none answered for days and never got back to us. I was gone, but luckily was able to have someone get a key to her. We pay a higher price for renting to have maintenance and help and they did nothing. In addition the move out process wasn’t great and they charged us fees higher than our deductible when we spent a full week deep cleaning the unit to minimize fees, i guarantee it would have been the same fee either way so don’t waste time professionally cleaning. Its too bad because I used to love living here but its changed a lot in the last year.

My experience at Moda Sego Apartments has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Unfortunately, this apartment complex has a significant issue with homeless individuals, which greatly impacted my overall living experience.
One of the most concerning aspects of living at Moda Sego Apartments was the constant presence of homeless people in and around the premises. It was disheartening to witness them loitering in common areas and even attempting to enter the parking garages. This created a sense of insecurity and made it necessary to be constantly vigilant to protect personal property.
I sincerely hope that the management takes immediate action to address the concerns regarding homeless individuals and implements appropriate security measures to ensure the safety and well-being of the residents.
