Dear arents and students, please be aware of the apartment you will be moving into. They will not clean the apartment before you move in. They will come in and out of your apartment constantly. They will charge you for damages that you did not do. They will not respond to your questions, but they will consistently charge you more. Move here if you don't mind, constant charges, issues and a lack of concern for your well being and safety. I will add photos of the cobwebs, stained couch and mold in the apartment.
