Bearkat Cottages is a great place for students looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live near campus. The private bedrooms and bathrooms are a big benefit, and it’s nice being able to live with friends while still having your own space. The community has a fun student-housing feel, and the team does a good job keeping residents updated and helping with the leasing process. I would definitely recommend Bearkat Cottages to anyone looking for housing near SHSU.
