I was an exchange student living at 6Nineteen in Fall 2025, and I honestly loved it from the second I moved in. The amenities are super new and modern, and every room has its own private bedroom and bathroom, which was amazing and made everything feel really comfortable. Even during the leasing process, I had a great experience. I received a virtual tour where I was on a call with one of the front desk staff members who showed me around and answered all of my questions. As an exchange student organizing everything from abroad, that was super helpful and reassuring. When I arrived on move-in day, I was given a little book with useful information about the building and everything I needed to know, which I really appreciated. It made settling in so much easier. Throughout the semester, the building staff also organized a lot of activities and workshops for residents. There were movie nights, free food events,... which was such a fun touch. It really helped create a sense of community. Another thing that surprised me was how fast and professional Taylor (the maintenance guy) was, as well as the front desk staff (shoutout to Nick!). Everyone was always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend living there!!! :)

Although I haven’t moved in just yet, I already feel at home thanks to the incredible team at 6Nineteen! From day one, the leasing process has been seamless, professional, and incredibly welcoming. The staff is attentive, quick to respond, and always willing to go the extra mile to answer my questions and make me feel supported—even from a distance. The virtual tours, clear communication, and helpful guidance gave me so much peace of mind, especially since I’m from Chicago. I really appreciate how transparent and organized everything has been. Super excited for move-in day!

We’re thrilled that our son, an incoming freshman athlete at San Diego Mesa College, will be living at 6Nineteen this fall! As parents from Florida, sending our child out of state was a big step, but we couldn’t be more at ease knowing he’ll be in such a well-maintained, secure, and modern space. He absolutely loves the spacious layout, and having his own private room and bathroom was a huge plus for both comfort and privacy. The amenities like the gym and hot tub are great additions, and he's excited to meet and connect with other students in the community. Thank you to the team at 6Nineteen for making this transition so smooth & always available for any questions — we're confident it's a great fit for his first year away from home!

I instantly fell in love with 6nineteen upon meeting staff and seeing their vision! As a student nervous about moving off campus they have put all my worries at ease. When my past roommate decided that she wanted to join a different group of girls off campus I was devastated but 619 has made me so excited for this new year with new roommates and I couldn’t feel more safe and eager for the journey that awaits!🫶🫶
