Aztec Pacific consists of firstly of Erica and Joe, they are as professional as it gets with a degree of compassion which produces a all around good environment. The maintenance people who are as kind, polite, and hard working. The groundskeeping crew who are also kind to a fault, meaning that they will go out of there way to not be in the way of a resident. Also, the residents are very, very nice, caring, and always respectful of the other residents. I really have not met a person here who I wouldn't go out of my way to help, if they asked it of me. Thing is they don't ask, they all have themselves squared away such that they are never burdensome or a bothersome. Thank you Torrey Pines management. Thanks to Erica and Joe most of all. Not a single day goes by that I am not immensely grateful for the opportunity to live here.

I lived here for almost 4 years, incredible location, Milo's pizza is the go to spot, bars within walking distance. Erica the property manager and Joe the maintenance man made this place feel like home.

The apartments are nice no pest or anything of the sort. It is a lively place to live and we co-habitat well, I believe, as a community within a larger community. What is advertised is true in every way as far as I can see. Since we moved in our lives have been enriched by the care the staff Manager Erika, Maintenance Man Joe, etc. all are at ones disposal quickly and 100% helpful. No down sides to speak of. Life has its problems, there are just less problems here.

I lived here last year and loved it! Elide in the office is wonderful and the maintenance staff are pretty prompt and very friendly. It's the first apartment I've lived in that didn't try to screw me over when I moved out- I didn't pay any more than I had anticipated. The grounds are kept very nice. I got lucky with my particular apartment in that I could leach off the free pool wifi for about ten feet into my apartment, it wasn't always perfect, but I didn't pay for internet! The apartments are nice enough and are expensive, but that just SD in general. They allow pets which was awesome. The location was good: 15 minutes to the beach, close to the highway, college, and grocery store. It was always pretty quiet and a reasonably safe neighborhood. If they had studios, I would definitely move back!

Lived here for 2+ years. Great location, good amenities including AC and pet friendly. Ralphs is right across the street. The trolly is a few blocks away. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Great management, Both Erica Elide are helpful and friendly when I have had to place a work order, or need help with something. Alejandro is really quick at the repairs as well. They are proactive about pest control and have the work taken care of on a semi flexible schedule. We haven't had a problem with pests. In addition there are some monthly community events, in the past it was a Pizza night. There is an online portal as well, for paying rent and placing work orders to make it easy. There is also email, office phone and a text number if we need help. Overall a great experience
