I lived here for 2 years through USD's master lease with Pacific Ridge. I have felt extremely welcomed and taken care of by all of the staff members. Pacific Ridge feels like living at a 5 star resort with all of their amenities. I really appreciate how Pacific Ridge goes above and beyond to help the college students that live here. I feel so taken care of during exam weeks like midterms and finals because of the freebies, morning breakfast, yoga/meditation sessions. I also appreciate how fast the staff resolves maintenance issues. There is so much that goes on behind the scenes to make Pacific Ridge the beautiful complex that is it.
