My boyfriend and I have lived here for over two years now and absolutely love it. The maintenance crew is the best I have ever experienced, management is very quick to communicate, maintenance requests of any sort or dealt with very quickly too. This place is so far above any other rental and management company I have ever dealt with in San Diego

Our family lived at Talmadge Canyon Park for 4 years and we very much enjoyed living in this community. The location is perfect! Near SDSU, 8 and 15 freeways and Mission Valley, but far enough from main streets and on a quiet cul-de-sac. The community pool is great in the summer and it recently got upgraded. Management and the maintenance team are amazing. Always friendly, kind, helpful, communicative and competent. We would continue living at Talmadge Canyon Park if it weren’t for our family moving out of state.

Talmadge Canyon Park Apartments is a wonderful place to live, thanks largely to Michele, the outstanding property manager. She’s professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and welcoming.

Have lived here for 6 years, Michelle who works at the office is amazing and the maintenence guys as well, they are always there to help and fix what needs to get fixed. Normally rent does not go up much each year except the past year. They are also in need of new pool furniture, which we should have gotten before the summer in 2018 but we're still waiting. An extra trash dumpster would also be great... Besides that love it here!
