The water is shut off for leaks or emergencies many times. Building was likely built in '78 so it's to be expected, still inconvenient. Have a water bottle or water tank if you plan to live here. Generally costs 2100ish for a 2 bed 1 bath (based off 2022-2023 rent. Expect fees. Not a bad place to live but it has a few issues. With pests and water.

Maintenance is sorely lacking, lack of communication, untimely to deal with mold damage and just letting us live in it while they do nothing.
