I’ve lived here for about a year. Management responds to issues, and you can go downstairs to talk to people in person. They did a great job with the courtyard, and I love my patio. This place is fair, and I love the open plan. I will stay here as long as I can!

I've lived here for quite a few years through quite a few owners/property managers, and while many things about the building have been consistently great (location, views, spacious unit, high ceilings, high quality windows/balconies, sound isolation), I must say the new management, office staff, and maintenance have been *fantastic*. They've put so much effort and investment into improving this community - the security cameras (a longstanding need), the new entry system (with nifty phone app), the beautiful renovation and custom art in the lobby, community events, and so much more have all been so wonderful, fixing problems the building has had for years and adding a spark of joy where it hadn't been before. They (and the maintenance staff) have also been incredibly responsive to every question and issue I've had; it has really improved my everyday experience of the building dramatically. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped make this building run so smoothly under the new management!

Nice apartment units from the inside but building is very old (maintenance can be a problem). Management needs lots of improvement. Lack of security, my packages get stolen all the time and there's no security cameras in the building. Windows aren't completely sealed, so the cold gets in pretty easily. The office is understaffed and they take some time to get back to you.
