Seattle’s weather has been annoying enough, and this apartment frequently has a hot water problem. Only slightly warm water during 10-12pm period. Can’t suffer anymore. Besides it’s been a years-old problem.

The common area bathrooms are only for staff and management uses even though the tenants also use and pay for the space including light and water bills. There’s also consistently no water heating during winter and I’ve seen reviews from years ago already mentioning this problem you’d assume they would have already solved it but no. You have to avoid high water heating demand times (which is probably like 6pm to the next day morning) or take a freezing shower. Have put in maintenance orders and just been told that to avoid certain times to use utilities in an apartment I pay for(including utilities like water heating). They say no smoking or using drugs but realistically they don’t have anyone checking or anyone that cares and hallways can reek of weed and no one would do anything about it. Realistically I like the room and the place but there’s just too many downsides to this complex for it to be the price it is.

In spite of our fairly comfortable stay there, I have to leave this review due to the post-move-out handling by the leasing office. I'm very disappointed with response that they do not provide sufficient support for us to receive our deposit refund check. Although we have moved out in June, 2025, even now, in February of the following year, we still haven't received our refund yet. We requested to reissue a check to redo the bank procedures, but I haven't received a response from the leasing office. I can't help but consider we are being forced to give up to receive the refund, which is definitely one of the legitimate rights that residents are entitled to receive.

If you like bathing with cold water in winter, I will recommend you live here. I have been leaving here for two years, every winter there are several days no hot water during your shower time at evening. And we already complained hundred times. I asked my neighbors, No less than five other people have also told me they are in the same situation they have no hot water for showering in winter.
