I have lived at Sunset Electric for the last few years. You couldn't ask for a better location in the middle of capital hill. The property itself is kept clean and upgrades to appliances are being done which shows that the ownership cares about its residents. Alongside the positive changes to the building the staff are amazing. Maintenance is done via portal and is quick to be done. Alina at the front desk is stands out as the first person you see when you enter the building. She is always smiling and happy to interact with you. She is a great resource and incredibly helpful whenever I need something. Overall I've really enjoyed living at Sunset Electric and would recommend it to anyone looking

Sunset Electric has genuinely been one of my favorite buildings I’ve lived in. Between the location and proximity to everything you could ever need, the views of Cal Anderson and the skyline, and the friendly attentive building management, there’s so much to appreciate. Alina has been my go to gal for everything with quick repairs, questions about local events, and even just a quick fun chat. If you’re a plant parent, this place is unbeatable. There’s always ample light and the summers are beyond beautiful. While my time is coming to an end after three fun years, I will miss my spot dearly.

I recently moved into this apartment, and I have to say the place is amazing I love the view and people , but the real highlight of the entire experience was working with Alina. She is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly personable. From the very first tour, she made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. Alina was always quick to respond, patient with all my questions, and went above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to get to know me and made the whole experience feel more like working with a friend than just another leasing agent. If you’re thinking about moving here, you’re in great hands. Whether it was a minor problem or a more significant concern, she always made herself available. I've found her to be incredibly efficient, often going above and beyond to ensure that any problem is tackled. Her down-to-earth personality makes every interaction a pleasant one. She genuinely cares about the well-being of the residents and the community. Her professionalism, combined with her genuine warmth and dedication, enhances the living environment. Any future resident would be incredibly fortunate to have her.

Sunset Electric has been a great place to call home for the past 4 years. The leasing team is great. Alina and Betsy are friendly, attentive, and prompt. They love dogs and making friends with the residents. The units are great, perfect for a city dweller. The building is in a great location for food, fun, sports, and more. The only thing I would ask for is a dog run so residents don't always have to go outside on busy sidewalks and streets. Other than that, very dog-friendly!
