Is on top of any maintenance needs and is super open about where we are at on those. Honestly having someone who clearly cares is so refreshing. It’s a quiet, lovely place to live honestly. Not much street parking ( to be expected in Seattle) but I am so happy here. Would recommend.

Verve Flats is on 7th Ave NE in the U-District, close to the Ave's coffee shops and restaurants and about a 5-minute drive to the University of Washington. The U District light-rail station and campus are both within easy reach for students who'd rather skip the commute.
