Megan, our property manager has made my life so much easier. She is instantly responsive. Shows support and care. Is on top of any maintenance needs and is super open about where we are at on those. Honestly having someone who clearly cares is so refreshing. It’s a quiet, lovely place to live honestly. Not much street parking ( to be expected in Seattle) but I am so happy here. Would recommend.

Living at Verve Flats has been a great experience! The apartments are modern, well-designed, and surprisingly spacious for the U-District. I really like the convenience of having my own private kitchen and bathroom, plus the building is always kept clean and well-maintained. The amenities like the secure entry, package lockers, and bike storage make day-to-day life so much easier. The location is also perfect—close to UW, shops, and restaurants, but still in a quieter spot that feels safe. The management team is responsive and friendly, and they made the leasing and move-in process very smooth. Overall, Verve Flats is a great place to live if you want comfort, convenience, and value in the U-District!

I've been living at Verve Flats for a while! The apartments have huge windows that brighten up the place and offer a great view. The kitchen is a dream with its massive counter space, making cooking a breeze, and it comes fully equipped with everything you need—fridge, oven, a four-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, and even in-unit washer and dryer. Plus, the real vent in the kitchen is a total game-changer. The wooden floors are so much easier to clean compared to carpet! The picture was the day I moved in. Since Tripalink-Seattle took over the apartment, the management has been on top of everything. They handle maintenance and any issues with impressive speed, whether it's something to do with my lease, repairs, or the elevator. The building feels safe too, with secure entry that gives me peace of mind. And the neighbors are all super friendly! All in all, I really enjoy living here.
