Not only is she working to improve things but she is willing to hear from residents and what we want. She is always friendly and willing to chat whenever needed. Great addition to the building!
Horrific sweltering heat in the units despite deceptive AC constantly running throughout the hallways and lobby. There is no excuse for no AC at this price. Noise is ridiculous, from emergency vehicles, tough guy loud cars, and a night club across the street!! You will hate living here.
VIVA puts students in the middle of Capitol Hill on E Union St, surrounded by Seattle's best-known nightlife, restaurants, and coffee. Seattle University is within walking distance, and the University of Washington is about an 11-minute drive, with Capitol Hill light-rail station nearby.
