Beautiful property and a great location. The staff is very kind and helpful. Dropping you kid off to collage is difficult but knowing they are in a good living situation makes it so much easier.

Grace, Annika and the rest of the team were awesome! Had a whole bunch of stuff to figure out with timeline and getting the lease worked out and they were able to follow up nonstop to get things figured out for me. They are fantastic to work with!!!

Logan is super professional and always helpful. He responds quick, explains everything clearly, and makes the whole process easy. You can tell he actually cares and works hard. Great employee and a solid person fr.

I don’t ever leave reviews but I genuinely just had a very poor experience living at 605. They charge you unnecessary fees and are so strict about random things. I passed all my cleaning checks and spent 3 hours deep cleaning before I moved out, leaving the apartment looking better than I moved in. But they gave me $5.12 back out of the $300 I dropped for a security deposit. Don’t live here if you’re a college student that’s already struggling financially.

My lease ended in May and upon move out I was charged for a room that I wasn’t even living in. I’ve tried numerous times to contact the management team, but I never hear back. I wasn’t able to pay the fees added upon move out, which again, were for a room I never lived in, because there’s was a problem with my account. Brandon said he’d get it fixed, never heard from him and my account is now closed. I can’t get any answers as far as why I was charged for a different room, and if the balance I wasn’t able to pay was sent to collections. I didn’t have a great experience with management while living there and this just confirms that I will never recommend 605 to anyone looking for student housing.
