It does its job. You get what you pay for, and it’s definitely one of the most affordable student apartments in St. George. There are 4 small bedrooms, a good sized living room and kitchen, and two large bathrooms. Each room has its own sink. The “pool” is a joke, it hasn’t been operational the whole 6 months I’ve lived here. My favorite part is the kitchen, theres so much counter space and cabinet space, you don’t feel like you’re fighting your roommates over it. And there a built-in microwave so you don’t have to buy your own 🙏

I have had the chance to live at both Dixie Red Sands North and South.
The North building is a bit older, but it’s clean and well maintained. While the rooms are on the smaller side, there’s plenty of storage, and laundry is easy to access even though it’s not in-unit. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Dixie Red Sands — the RAs have been helpful when needed, and maintenance has consistently taken care of any issues quickly.

This place is super nice and meets your needs! Management is pretty quick to help out, and the location is great being short convenient walk to campus. The storage in each apartment is also amazing and a huge plus!! However, the WiFi can be super spotty in some areas of the apartment, and will randomly disconnect you also need cash handy if you want to do laundry. Other than that I can confidently say it’s a decent place to live and I would happily recommend the stay after living here for 2 years!

Dixie Red Sands North has been a great place to live. They take the requests for rooming seriously and try their best to take care of their tenants. The private room is quite spacious with nice built in storage. There is a lot of storage in the halls and bathrooms as well so there is not a lack of space for any of the roommates. It is a quick walk to the bottom of campus, going under the bridge towards the institute. Not a terrible price for what you are getting with the location, space, and amenities.

I have been very pleased with what I've found here. First of all, one of the managers, Cami, has been very kind and quick to answer all my questions. These apartments have a nice open kitchen space with plenty of counter space and a nice living room with a couch and carpet. There are also enough windows to let in ambient sunlight. The AC works very well. The private rooms are not spacious, but adequate. Luckily, there’s plenty of storage space for all my belongings. I wouldn't say it's cheap to live here but it's a reasonable price for the area. Overall I'm happy.
