I really love it here! Very close walk to campus and close to tons of stores. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. Everything looks new and feels homey. The leasing office has been very helpful through minor issues we’ve had! It’s a very quiet complex and I haven’t experienced any issues with other tenants. I would definitely recommend Tech Dunes to anybody looking into an apartment that’s affordable and convenient!

Overall experience was great! If the property offered a private room i would've stayed for another year. With the property only having 6 housing units it is comforting to have management know you by name. When we moved in we did not have a good water heater but that was fixed and resolved. Living at this place was a great first place to live. I had 8 roommates which seems super hard but management did an excellent job at making sure to put people with similar interests together. The apartments are very nicely put together. Brand new carpet, couches, beds and appliances. With it being student housing, there were a few bumps in the road but that is just how it is. Management was very understanding and easy to work with. I had a great experience and made many memories living here. 10/10

Living at Almond Tree has been a perfect home away from home! It is a beautiful place to live with the best apartment manager ever! Jason is always understanding of every situation and willing to work with anyone even if you just need to talk. For my first home away from my comfort zone Almond Tree is my ideal place to be and will for sure be here again! 10/10

Never before have I met such a caring man as Jason Clark. When something goes wrong within the building, he always does whatever he can to fix it. He also cares about each and every individual that lives here and honestly I don’t think I could live at Almond Tree without him. He has made my college experience amazing just by being the kind and caring apartment manager he is. He makes living here enjoyable. I was very nervous before moving here because before him, Almond Tree didn’t have great reviews. Apparently Almond Tree was the sketchy complex. I was told it’s where everybody parties and where everybody goes to smoke weed. But Jason fixed that. He took care of the weed problem and has made this the best place ever.

Almond tree is one of the most amazing student housing I’ve ever seen. I haven’t had any problems since I moved in and all of the residents are really chill. The managers Pat and Tanner are constantly working hard to make college life a little easier for us and bring people together. If you ever have a problem with something in the apartment like a broken faucet, or any other technical difficulties or just need someone to talk to lol, they will not hesitate to be there for you and get things figured out. If you are looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Almond Tree. Come and join our Family!!!!
