Do not live here unless you want to hear loud obnoxious people in the hot tub at 2am EVERY NIGHT. Management and cops will do nothing about it, even after several noise complaints and reports. Do not live here if you want to have inconsistent cleaning checks where you pass one month then fail the next, even though you cleaned the same way both times. The only positive thing about this place is Tim — the maintenance person. He’s been nothing but wonderful and helpful. Otherwise, I do not recommend living here. Management won’t do anything about your complaints but let other people get away with everything. They do not enforce the rules equally for everyone and you end up with the charge instead of the people who are being loud and disrespectful.

I really enjoy living here! The building is really nice and I love having the pool to tan in the summer! The people who work here are amazing, the maintenance guy is great and I also love Charlene and Koa in the front office, they’re so nice!

Living at Tabernacle Student Housing has been an amazing experience. The community is clean, safe, and genuinely feels like home. The amenities are well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. I also want to give a special shout-out to Nakoa and Charlene in the office. They are both absolutely fantastic—warm, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents are taken care of. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with paperwork, or just being friendly faces in the office, they truly elevate the entire housing experience. I highly recommend Tabernacle to any student looking for a comfortable and supportive place to live!

Keith and Tim are the greatest maintenance guys you will ever meet! They are a jack of all trades! Not only have they fixed thing's in my apartment but today I was a stranded college student needing a new battery put in my car and they spent 20 minutes with me addressing my issue and then once I returned with a new battery they assisted me and helped me install the new one! My car started right up and i’m so appreciative of them! Best guys ever!

I’ve loved living here the last 4 years! My whole college life I’ve lived at Vintage and am glad I did; I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Tim the maintenance man has been here longer than me and helps fix anything you need as soon as he can perfectly, he’s amazing! The new management has added beautiful paintings, fun game areas, and easier access to and from the building to make everything even better than the first year I lived here! There’s no better place to live for college than Vintage at Tabernacle which is why I never moved. Love all the staff!
