Do not live here unless you want to hear loud obnoxious people in the hot tub at 2am EVERY NIGHT. Management and cops will do nothing about it, even after several noise complaints and reports.
Do not live here if you want to have inconsistent cleaning checks where you pass one month then fail the next, even though you cleaned the same way both times.
The only positive thing about this place is Tim — the maintenance person. He’s been nothing but wonderful and helpful.
Otherwise, I do not recommend living here. Management won’t do anything about your complaints but let other people get away with everything. They do not enforce the rules equally for everyone and you end up with the charge instead of the people who are being loud and disrespectful.

I really enjoy living here! The building is really nice and I love having the pool to tan in the summer! The people who work here are amazing, the maintenance guy is great and I also love Charlene and Koa in the front office, they’re so nice!
