My son lives here & It’s became Peabody projects number two a lot of people are moving out & we don’t blame them. The ones moving in? Feel sorry for you. This company needs better Property management.

I’ve been with The Georgian Apartments for three years, and I LOVE it!. It’s always peaceful and quiet inside the building, which makes it easy to relax and feel comfortable. One of the things I really appreciate is the maintenance service—Brandon is amazing! He’s super professional, always available, and takes care of any issues quickly and efficiently. Jeanie, the new property manager, has also been such a breath of fresh air. She’s kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful whenever I need anything. You can tell she really cares about the residents. Overall, the staff and the environment make The Georgian feel like more than just an apartment—it feels like home!
