Floor planManagement is poor and will find any excuse to not give your security deposit back, also moving out is a joke, if you move out slightly too early they forfeit your refunds. The building itself is outdated and gross. The pool and pool area is never clean. If you need maintenance, it will take weeks almost months for it to get done. Suggest not staying here. Canyon lands or Abby apartments are much better, suggest going there
Campus Villas was a great place to live! They recently got new management, and they are ON TOP OF IT! They reply promptly and do what they can to help. If they don't know at first, they ask the proper questions and get things done. Would've stayed longer but I'm getting married. It's fantastic student housing! Very affordable, plus you have a pool that is maintained.
