No way of getting in contact with property owners when it comes to questions I have concerning the billing. This place charges 4 times more in fees using a credit card vs a debit card!!! That is absolutely ridiculous!!! I'm thinking about contacting the BBB. If someone that makes these decisions wants to reach out, give me some actual contact information. My daughter has tried talking with the people at the office and they just say the owners are the ones that handle it but didn't offer any further information. I also left a voicemail that I haven't heard anything back from. **Update: that response I got on this, I sent an email over a week ago to it. No response so that tells you everything you need to know about this place. **Another Update: received a phone call this past Saturday from someone who wanted to talk about and resolve this issue. Sent them my evidence of the dispute and once again... nothing. Face it, any housing for your kid in this campus area is an absolute racket. **Yet Another Update: After my response to the ghosting, received a reply back stating that they can not do anything about it. The ole "it's out of our hands" excuse because it's a "third party vendor". Well your organization is responsible for the people you do business with so that makes it square in your hands. And she had the nerve to ask me since she reached out if I would "reconsider" not posting a negative review. 🤣🤣🤣. You can't make this up!!!

I honestly only got an apt here because it was one of the last available and I kinda regret my decision. First of all, even on a discounted rate, I’m paying more than $1200 a month to live in a studio and that is the DISCOUNTED rate, if I paid the real rate, I would be paying over $1500 month which is absolutely ridiculous, especially for a UA owned property for student housing. I also asked if I resigned if I would keep my same rate back in January and they told me no it wouldn’t be discounted, then when they asked me if I wanted resign, I had told them what I asked and they said they actually would give me a discounted rate, only after I had already just signed another lease with a different complex, overall just bad communication on their end. The nail in the coffin is the fact I’m having to pay $75 for my first lockout and even though they may sound not too bad, the fact is that getting locked out is so easy since they use doors like hotels with fobs, meaning if you simply just close your door without your keys, your locked out. It is absolutely ridiculous and I’m just glad I signed with a different complex. The only reason it isn’t a one star is because they give you Tempur Pedics.
