Old Row at Cloverdale

Don't ever sign a lease with this company. The management and ownership seems to be a one man rinky dink operation, which is apparently too small and unmotivated to get anything done. The living arrangements are much worse than they appear. Only lease from Old Row if you would like to have mold, no ice, and no water all year. With your A/C never being accurate or rarely functioning, you will also be sitting in your own pool of sweat waiting for your fridge to get fixed so you can have water to drink. My place had minor damage and the landlord decided to alter his original estimate/rates by 5x for the damage, in order to nickle and dime every cent he can from our lease. He also is charging us for a window that was broken when we arrived, even though we requested it be fixed on our first day of the lease. This window also caused a tenant to have a very poorly insulated and cold room during the entire winter. Also, the owner of Old Row is on here giving him self fake 5 star reviews.
