Just finished up an amazing tour at Jefferson Flats with Morgan. The building is absolutely stunning with high-end finishing touches. The staff is incredibly friendly and very approachable. Just wait until you see the views from the second floor deck! This apartment is definitely a top contender for me! Looking forward to taking the next steps.

Way too expansive! All these apartments are ridiculous with their pricing and not even proving enough parking. Why?? Comes to show they dont care about comfort. Between fighting college kids for parking this isnt fun! Also tou can hear everything and management wont do anything besides say its to code. They dont care!

I am just going to present the facts. I moved to the flats at the end of February. I had to rent site unseen as I got a contract with the special forces at JBLM and had to move across the country quickly. The unit I rented was very loud. The noise above and the municipal yard across the street which is very active made it hard to sleep. I ended up sleeping in the bathroom. They claim it is up to code, but look in the thread for the gentleman that works in construction's comments in this thread. Anyway I moved quickly after three nights without sleep and am at the Lex down the street about a mile and could not be happier. Same price, but a building made of concrete and steel. So quiet and the views of the water are amazing. Anyway, I am now on a payment plan for the next year or more to pay the fee to break my lease. They would not negotiate with me. I am here to serve our country's elite warriors and other veterans who serve our country. I will pay what I owe, but it makes me question the values of these individuals (opinion). I am so happy for my new place. I would recommend staying away from Jefferson Flats.

Morgan and Sara helped us move in quickly and swiftly which was so great considering that we had a bad experience just the day prior at a different apartment. They were both super helpful in showing us the amenities, answering our questions regarding the application process, and they had great communication throughout. The apartments themselves are clean, it feels like an upscale apartment, and free coffee is always a plus. Finally, I genuinely feel safe in these apartments. Thank you both so much!

I started searching for apartments in May. Out of nine different properties, Jefferson Flats was one of two that had a real person on the other end of the line. I fortunately spoke with Sarah the property manager and quickly planned a tour for a Saturday (few other places allow in person tours on weekends these days). Even more luckily, the tour landed on a day where Sarah was filling in and we had time for me to express what I was needing vs wanting in an apartment. While the property and units were incredible, they did not have anything that immediately met my needs. Maybe a week later or less, Sarah happened to call me out of the blue to tell me a unit she felt I might like. By this time it was early June maybe; I was eager to move and summer is a difficult time to try and find an apartment. I stopped by search and decided to commit to Jefferson Flats and the mystery unit. I was nervous about applying and signing since I was unable to tour the unit (previous tenant had heavily damaged the floors so in person tours were unavailable while new flooring was put in). But move in day blew me away, the unit is incredible. The staff has been personable, knowledgeable, and patient. The building is maybe a year old or less. The location is great with easy access to public transit and with rental car vendors also near by. Even further, Jefferson Flats had a two month rent free special when I signed up and that legitimately made it possible for me to move sooner and give me some funds to help furnish my new place. I really hope I am able to stay for more than one lease cycle (economy permitting). If you have not yet at least toured the property or talked to Sarah, then you are likely sleeping on something nice.
