Nxnw Student Apartments

(edited 5/13/26) This is absolutely the best place I have lived during my 4 years in college They seem to really have their management together a property together more than any other place. !!!!Other than the employee named Des she is extremely unprofessional and has absolutely no idea how to talk to people politely. She could not care less about the residents and sets and extremely bad standard for this place. :) Other than that most employees are helpful and very kind. The parking is amazing and helps a lot having guest parking for when friends come over. Their front gate always works which is awesome and the pool of course is amazing. The only issue we have had was pest control it took forever for the management here to believe us and obviously the longer we waited to get pest control in the worse it got but once we reached out to the pest control company ourselves they took extra steps to fix the issue other than that management is always willing to help. This place is super affordable compared to everywhere else and most places are hell trying to deal with.
