Rodney was absolutely fantastic to work with through the application and leasing process. His customer service was 10/10. He sensed our frustrations and worked an hr past closing to ensure we got our sons signed up for an apartment after their first choice was sold out. I am excited for my son to be moving to the Oktiv knowing that Rodney is there to help him if he ever needs anything.
