It appears they’re just charging & taking money from people freely and blatantly not responding to applicants or submissions. I myself, filled out an app., sent app. fee, & didn’t even receive any correspondence in regard to anything. Not via telephone, or email, etc. I find that highly suspicious and very concerning.
The lofts are a great place to stay, especially for upperclassmen. Easily the best location in collegetown. The customer support is instant and the office is super friendly. This is a hidden gem in Tallahassee.
