I been living here for my senior year and I can honestly say that this has been the best off-campus apartment I’ve ever lived in. The manager Julie and Paola have been super responsive whenever I’ve had a question. The rest of the staff are helpful as well! This place is definitely one of the more secure and well maintained apartments in San Marcos.
I viewed College Town apartments with my niece who will be attending Texas State this fall and it is AWESOME! The staff was so nice and friendly. Shout out to Radison! She is so sweet! She was very friendly and helpful and she answered all our questions. The dorms are very spacious and clean and they have great amenities. I highly recommend checking these apartment out.
