Aspire Tucson

Aspire is the best apartment option on campus. Amenities are great and same with staff. Olivia is so helpful and so welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about her! Josh was also very helpful with any questions I had.

I love Aspire! The team of Aspire do a fantastic job taking care of the residents and heading any problems that come up. The management works hard to keep everyone happy and do give aways and provide food from time to time. The maintenance team is the best part for me. They are super helpful and get things taken care immediately and they are more than just a great maintenance team…they have become good friends and are a great addition to Aspire! I also love the front office desk staff. Friendly faces when you walk in and they greet you with a smile and know who you are. It feels like a second home!

Overall Josh was extremely helpful, informative and helpful. The apartment tour was great and Josh was both informative and knowledgeable. We had the chance to speak to current residents and they had nothing but good things to say about Aspire. Our #1 concern was safety and were were pleased to the security Aspire provides. Our son is looking forward to his upcoming freshman year.

Aspire is a great place to stay, especially during your time at U of A. The staff are so friendly, and the apartments are really nice. I’ve been a resident for about four years. I graduate in December, and it’s sad to say I’ll be leaving a place I’ve called home for so long.

My daughter lived at Aspire the last school year. Her experience living there was ok until she received her final move out bill. They have charged us for things that are actually not consistent with how she left her room. We have reached out to Aspire via e mail with no response for weeks now. Meantime they are sending e mail’s with pre collection warning. We have also caller over and over again and no one answers their phone and the voice box is full! Needless to say we are very frustrated. Please be aware of Aspire move out charges.
