While it isn’t perfect, I have personally had a very positive experience living at College Town. As a college student, I like how close this complex is to the Cat Tran route. All I have to do is walk across the street and catch the bus to UofA. I also like how quiet the complex is at night. I have spent many late nights studying and I have never felt bothered by noise outside. I also feel safe living here, despite all the craziness that can happen in Tucson, there were never any points where I felt unsafe living here. Everyone I have met while living here has been really nice, both the staff and other tenants. I also like how the staff constantly inform us about events and happenings around the complex, I feel like I always know what's happening. The place is also maintained regularly, the bushes and trees get trimmed, the sidewalks get swept, and the pool is cleaned. On the topic, I think the pools are nice, while I admittedly don’t use them very often, they are nice amenities to have, especially for the warmer months. The actual rooms are decently spacious, there is a lot of storage space and I have enough room to put all the furniture and appliances I want. While you shouldn’t expect an experience on par with the higher end apartment complexes, I would still overall recommend College Town.

Safety has become a major concern at this apartment complex. Within just two days, my car was gone through and items were stolen, and packages were taken directly from our front door. These incidents make it clear that security is lacking. This property urgently needs an on-site security patrol that regularly walks the grounds, not just cameras or signs. Until there is a visible security presence actively monitoring the property, these incidents will continue, and I do not feel safe living here. The only positive right now is the staff — Jessie Driver, the property manager, and the maintenance technician have been extremely helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, great staff does not make up for the lack of security and feeling safe.

Yes the complex has its issues like internet and hot water going out at times, but the office crew that is there NOW actually gets things done that day when it needs fixing. The guy Jesse is understanding and talks to you with respect. Glad he replaced the last manager Hailey, she didnt want to hear ANY complaints you had haha.

We lived here for 4 years with no complaints and paid our bills on time every month. We left our apartment spotless at move out and the company is charging us over 1k is “damages”. They blocked our numbers and refuse to respond to emails. When we lived here the emergency numbers for repairs was disconnected and their phone number for questions as tenants is also broken. The Internet and water go out frequently and they are incredibly slow to change the heat and AC. The company is shady and treats their tenants poorly. They have move outs where they tell you everything is spotless and then bill you hundreds for nonsense that isn’t in the lease. Then they laugh at you when you ask and say pay or be sent to collections. Horrible company. Do not move here

Do not live here. Poor management. AC leak on my clothes and ruined the clothes. Cockroach infestation that lasted months. Rude upper management that asked me if I wanted “to fight”. The first month I lived here a leak happened above my shower and they just painted over it with no fix the whole two years I lived here. Management blamed me for not getting in touch with the person living in the other room even though we had separate leases and didn’t speak often. Save your money. Find somewhere else in Tucson to live.
