I lived at Lantana for about 6 months and enjoyed my time. The staff are professional, kind, and responsive. The apartments are in good shape. The grounds are beautiful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, reasonably priced apartment with good proximity to activities downtown.

The area is super sketchy and dangerous walking around is not safe. Washing machines and dryers break easily. Surfaces such as counters and walls are very cheap and will peel and are hard to clean. Also don’t trust the reviews many are artificial to increase their rating the longer more detailed ones are your go to, not the short ones simply saying it’s nice. This place is cheap and dirty even if it looks appealing at first. College students have much better options even closer to the UofA.

I really like this place! It's very clean, safe, and quiet. They notify you in advance if there will be any repairs so you're prepared for any noise. It has beautiful trees and is well-maintained. My daughter lives in these apartments and she says that all the staff are very friendly, especially Dulce, Daniela, and Samantha. I highly recommend them.

This place looks decent at first glance, but don’t be fooled. The cleanliness is a joke common areas are way dirtier than you’d expect for the rent, and maintenance is basically nonexistent. The constant noise is unbearable, with construction and random banging starting before sunrise and going on well into the night. Good luck if you need quiet for work or sleep. Parking is a nightmare. The spaces are so cramped that you risk scraping your car every time you pull in. I’ve seen more than a few vehicles with new dents and scratches, and management doesn’t care or help at all. Speaking of management they’re the sketchiest part. Communication is shady, and they avoid giving straight answers about anything from repairs to policies. Complaints are brushed off, and it always feels like you’re bothering them just by existing. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments and never felt so uneasy or disrespected. Wish I’d trusted my gut and rented elsewhere. If you want peace, respect, and a clean place to live, this is NOT it.

My daughter lives at this apartment community, and I have to say, it's been a fantastic experience so far. The property manager is wonderful, always responsive, friendly, and really takes the time to make sure things are running smoothly. When we toured, the manager was actually alone that day and still took the time to show us every single apartment, even on the third floor. It was clear they really care about helping prospective tenants find the right place. Daniela and Monica were so, friendly and professional at move in, including maintenance is top notch, and they go above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of. One of the biggest perks is the shuttle to the University of Arizona. It's super convenient, and it's made getting from campus a breeze for my daughter. The apartments may look a little older from the outside, but once you step inside, it's a different story. The interiors have been fully renovated and are modern, spacious, and very well-maintained. We did shop around at other properties before making a decision, and we could immediately tell the difference. Other places were either rundown, apartments weren't ready, or staff was rude and unhelpful. Some places were even more expensive, and the apartment weren't nearly as nice or updated. Yes, it's a little pricier than some of the other options in the area, but honestly, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend!!
