Cypress Flats

It's an older property so it has its share of issues naturally but it was very well maintained and good for it's age, but the management was amazing. They were always understanding and willing to work with us when problems came up. Maintenance was ok, though I hear they have new maintenance guys now and they're really good. All in all, it's a good place for the price and best of all it's all bills included in the rent.

I've been living here for 3 years. The new management, specifically Christina, has been extremely helpful!! I can't express my gratitude enough. She has been responsive, open, honest, and handles herself and her work with integrity. There were things I didn't understand about my contract, and she openly helped me instead of hiding things. Even offering to help me if I ever needed it at future rentals. She's made things less stressful, and more peaceful. I'm moving due to a new job in a new city, I've enjoyed living here.
