The move in wasn't too bad. Staff was good. The software they use for leasing (Yardi systems, etc) was very particular. This might cause a delay with finishing applications. Also there were some things not finished with the apartment by move in (probably due to only one person on management and pavement work on the property). However a few days later a maintenance request was addressed the same day for another issue. Outside of that the assistant manager was very pleasant and helpful. The staff seem nice so far and made the move in relatively smooth.
