Varsity View Apartments

Jessica has contacted me multiple times on my inquiry for a one bedroom one bath. The biggest issue with Varsity views is they want to show you a show unit not the unit you’re interested to move into. Jessica went on to say that the “company” would require an application, then they would assign you a unit so any availability you see on Zillow you potentially wouldn’t be able to see that unit until you applied. After you apply, it’s not even a guarantee that you’re going to see that specific unit If there’s needed repairs. Anybody who lives in apartments, knows that you do not sign application or lease before viewing the unit you’re going to potentially be in. Their practices are very backwards. They want to know that you’ll be approved before find a unit for you or letting you tour a unit, potentially wasting money to apply, For something you can’t even tour.
