Jefferson Flats

Jefferson Flats has a great welcoming atmosphere and sense of community within the residence. Perfect location for USC students. Very efficient and helpful staff members, with Managers Dominique and Shelby being especially understanding, helpful, and efficient in addressing concerns. The convenience of having facilities like laundry rooms, study lounges, and recreational areas within the residence is also a huge plus.

I lived here during their first year of opening and my experience was excellent. The rooms and amenities are great and well-designed. Everyone in Jefferson Flats is incredibly welcoming and responsive. Kenna and Nya have always been super helpful and kind!
