You are being warned. My responsible daughter lost $202 of her $500 deposit for light bulbs and allegedly damaged blind. My daughter's $500 deposit was half the $1000 deposit she shared with her roommate. In total, the two responsible young ladies had $400 deposit money charged to them for new light bulbs and to replace old blinds normal wear. Do not rent from these unethical landlords.
