Pinecrest Apartments

After two years of paying on time, minimal calls for service, scrubbing and cleaning the apartment before leaving (close to original condition), I was shocked to see all the charges they're billing me for closeout all to get most of my deposit. Update: Manager comments are passive. I sent an email with my concerns (before posting) and got NO response. Charging me a flat $245 cleaning fee, and another $85 carpet cleaning fee is not right. As I noted we scrubbed the apartment clean, and no one walked with their shoes in the apartment (besides the maintenance crew that are dispatched from your office.) The lease contract only talks about charged above standard wear and tear. NO where does it mention "FLAT" cleaning fees.

Here are some pros and cons of living at pinecrest apts. Pros. Quiet setting and lots of grass areas. I don’t live in a remodeled apt but they remodeled apts. Poool is kept up and is a nice place to hang out. Parking is good They allow dogs You are close to bus stops and nugget grocery store Cons. The management is bad and if you ask them to do something it won’t get done or they take their time doing it. Maintenance is always changing so there is no consistency. The hot water is iffy and if you don’t keep bugging them to fix the water heater you will not have hot water. Our laundry price keeps going up and it’s up to 2.25 for wash a dry. The management won’t tell you when the prices go up. You are paying 4.50 to do laundry. Next to a train track so if you live in the back it could be noisy at some parts of the day and night. Trash is a huge issue and they won’t fix the problem. Since I have been here they have gone through 4 different managers. Matnence is amazing but have to do what they are told. As for the apartment it’s self it’s ok. It’s quiet and it’s like you live in a park.
