No easy way to get out of a renewal lease especially after I told them I can’t afford it. The pool is not being kept up. So I don’t want to swim in it. The apartment renovations were so bad, that it’s not nice enough to live in. There’s holes everywhere in my apartment. Some air vents don’t even have covers on them. Hole in the screening on the balcony so bugs fly in. Front door doesn’t close properly. Gym is disgusting. I give this place a 1/10 and can’t wait to move out after owing them thousands of dollars because I cant afford it anymore. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. It is not worth it. They’re money hungry.
