We have loved living at Athens Highlands! The property manager Tammy is so so nice and always wants to make sure your experience living here is the best it can be. Apartments are very clean and neighbors are quiet and friendly. Rent is very reasonable. Maintenance is awesome- super fast and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clean and working. Not to mention you’ll get an absurd amount of closet space. Highly recommend to anyone looking to make their home in Athens.

First of all, Thank you for everything to Ms. Tammy. She is really a perfect manager for Athens Highlands.
If we look at the residences;
The location is perfect. Safe area. Automatic Gate. Free parking. Peaceful.
"Ideal for Graduate Students and Families.
Walking distance to UGA Campus and Downtown Athens.
Quiet community. In addition; it is so close to Super markets and School (Howard B. Elementary School)
