I have had a great experience at Uncommon! The staff is extremely friendly and always make an effort to say hi or good morning. The proximity to campus and downtown is truly unbeatable and has been extremely convenient for me as a new student. I was apprehensive at first because of some of the lower reviews, but I have yet to experience anything even close to what is described in the low reviews. I highly recommend Uncommon to any student who values good location and friendly staff!

I’ve loved living here so far! The management and front desk team is so kind and quick to fix any issues. Same with maintenance!
