Do not live here unless you want a headache for 12 months. Maintenance is horribly slow and half the time does not fix anything (They reinstalled my closet rack upside-down and our dryer broke once a week). The pool was shut down during peak warm season. There are roaches and wasps and carpet bugs, and the pest spray didn't target any of them. Also, the office employees can not give you a clear answer about anything at all. They won't update your lease status and portal, won't fix bills or reimbursements, and won't update your bill if you have your own renter's insurance. These were just some of the issues, only benefit was free parking. DO NOT LIVE HERE
