I can’t say enough good things about Tonia and the entire team at Hamline Pointe. I moved to Minnesota for veterinary school and found this apartment through recommendations from previous students. Since I was relocating from out of state, I did a Zoom tour before signing my lease. The tour was thorough, honest, and detailed, and when I arrived, the apartment was exactly as shown—if not better than I expected. Over the past four years, Hamline Pointe has truly been a warm, comfortable, and secure home. The management team has always been incredibly responsive, answering questions and addressing requests promptly, even during evenings and weekends. The maintenance staff is outstanding—professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. When my refrigerator stopped working, they understood how difficult it was to be without a place to store food and quickly replaced it with a new one. Veterinary school kept me extremely busy, and one thing I never had to worry about was my apartment. Knowing I had a safe, well-managed place to come home to made a huge difference during some very demanding years. I am incredibly grateful to Tonia and the entire Hamline Pointe team for their kindness, support, and dedication. I would highly recommend Hamline Pointe to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home.
